ds at La Tragna Dance AcademyI have worked in the Dance and fitness sector for over 8 years and have a particular passion for teaching Contemporary dance and sharing this evolving art form.
During my Degree I discovered my love for Release technique and Choreography creative practice. This expressive format helps students to enhance theirs choreographic skills and help them to enjoy and explore working with small or large groups with lifts/contact.
Qualifications- Active IQ Level 2&4 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training
- Plymouth University Foundation Degree in Dance Practice
- AUKA Associates Teaching Qualification in Contemporary and Ballet
The Contemporary syllabus embodies all the fundamental elements of Contemporary practice including exploring Contemporary works through influential artists such as Limon', Cunningham and Graham techniques as well as technique in Release, Fall and Recovery.
All pieces created will be performed for exams and some further created works may be used for local festivals and Shows/Fundraisers for La Tragna Academy.
